Wild Rose Glass has been creating, repairing, and teaching the age-old art of Stained Glass for over 40 years! They are a local family business that hosts workshops and classes year-round at their studio on Harker’s Island. In this hands-on class, you will learn history, tools, and techniques, and go home with your very own creation at the end of class!
Learn to cut glass, use a wet grinder, foil, solder, and patina! Create one of seven projects, funky crab, fish bones, jellyfish, jumbo shrimp, starfish, sailboat, or a hummingbird! All skill levels are welcome! We supply all materials.
Please wear close-toed shoes. And if you would like to, bring your own safety glasses if possible. This class will take approximately 3 hours.
