Pine needle basket-making has a history spanning nearly 9,000 years, with baskets traditionally used to hold grain, crops, and other essentials. This is a beginner-level class. Supplies will be provided, but participants are encouraged to bring a bagged lunch. The workshop will be held in the Beaufort Historic Site Welcome Center starting at 9:30 AM.
