Plein Air Wet Paint Sale

The Beaufort Historic Site will host the North Carolina Plein Air Beaufort Pop-up Show and Sale on Wednesday, May 15^th and Friday, May 17^th from 4 to 6 pm. North Carolina Plein Air is a non-profit arts organization that brings together world-class juried artists from across the globe to paint throughout Beaufort with a “wet” paint sale following both days. Many paintings created during the event center around Beaufort’s outdoor landscapes and have in the past featured surrounding marshes, the waterfront, downtown architecture, and streets lined with historic homes. This year marks the fourth occurrence of this event, which is rapidly establishing itself as a prominent feature in the art scene of North Carolina.
