Tony Alderman Art Opening

The Mattie King Davis Art Gallery is excited to welcome Durham artist, Tony Alderman, this coming August. The opening will be held at the gallery on Friday, August 4 from 4:00 – 6 p.m. Alderman will be the featured artist from August 4 to August 19.  Alderman’s show will feature 20 beautiful paintings showcasing the preservation of North Carolina Coastal heritage. Most of the paintings featured will be in his new book “Down East: A Cultural Heritage.” FREE EVENT
