Pine needle basketmaking has a history spanning nearly 9,000 years, with traditional baskets used to hold grain, crops, and other essentials. This beginner-level workshop will be held at the Beaufort Historic Site Welcome Center on April 23rd, beginning at 9:00am. Supplies will be provided, but participants are encouraged to bring a bagged lunch.
