SUMMARY:Gosia Tojza & Robert Knyzewski Art Opening
DESCRIPTION:Join us at the Mattie King Davis Art Gallery for stunning artwork\, snacks\, and refreshments! We’re excited to welcome back Gosia Tozja for a show on April 18th from 4:00 – 6 p.m. \nGosia had taken a break from painting\, but she’s been giving lessons to a special friend\, Robert Knyzewski\, so a student/teacher show is planned. Gosia Tozja\, originally from Poland\, believes art has opened a wide world that has introduced her to some wonderful people.Gosia’s student\, Robert\, wasn’t so sure about painting as he is color blind. However\, he has two women in his life who became mentors and teachers for him; Gosia and his sister who also maintains a passion for painting. Robert began painting about a year ago and has been painting practically every day since he started. Just like Gosia\, Robert is originally from Poland as well. \nDon’t miss out on this show and the opportunity to take home one of their lovely pieces. For more information about Gosia\, Robert\, or the Mattie King Davis Art Gallery\, please call 252-728-5225 or stop by the gallery on the\ngrounds of the Beaufort Historic Site at 130 Turner Street. *ADMISSION IS FREE*
