He has toured across Europe\, South America\, and the US\, performing and recording with a wide range of artists including Terry Lyne Carrington\, Fabio Leal\, Carol Panesi\, and Jota P. \nMaxim Lubarsky \nMaxim Lubarsky is a virtuoso pianist from Odessa\, Ukraine\, renowned for his stylistic versatility and deep musicality. His repertoire spans classical\, jazz\, and music of Latin America\, showcasing his ability to merge different styles seamlessly. Trained as a classical pianist at the prestigious Stolyarsky School and Odessa State Conservatory\, he later discovered his passion for jazz\, founding the award-winning group\, Art Session. After touring internationally and performing with the Odessa State Symphony\, he moved to the U.S. upon receiving a scholarship to attend Berklee College of Music. \nLubarsky has collaborated with artists such as Terri Lyne Carrington\, Dee Dee Bridgewater\, Dave Liebman\, Gabrielle Goodman and Grace Kelly\, and leads multiple ensembles including his own quartet and the Latin jazz group TRIAD. Luca is a guitar virtuoso in a class of his own and one of the most acclaimed acoustic guitarists in the world. To witness Luca playing solo guitar\, or banjo\, or several guitars at the same time\, or his self-designed triple neck guitar is astonishing. He tours globally and is an internet sensation with over 200 million views on streaming platforms that showcase his signature “fingerstyle” arrangements of pop\, classical\, heavy metal\, soundtrack repertoire and original compositions. He will share the stage for several tunes with international\, multi-award-winning singer-songwriter Meg Pfeiffer. Similar to Luca\, Meg pushes the boundaries of genre. Her music has been described as a collision of folk\, pop rock\, and alternative but her expressive voice as an artist is what ultimately drives the creative work. DESCRIPTION:They say COVID changed everything\, but thank goodness the Fall Party has only had minor changes. In 2020 we completely cancelled the party. In 2021 plans changed quickly from a private home and the party was moved to the Historic Site. It gave us more room and a whole art gallery to hang all the amazing art. This year the party will again take place on the grounds of the Historic Site. Blue Moon Jazz and Scarborough Fare will be back. This year\, we are fortunate to have two accomplished artists\, Audrey Cushman from New Bern\, NC and Karen Crenshaw from Jacksonville\, NC. We got to know Audrey and Karen through our partnership with NC Plein Air New Bern when the BHA hosted a paint out and wet paint sale in Beaufort. This event has grown tremendously in only 4 short years into an eight-day event with 35 nationally and globally acclaimed plein air artists.
