SUMMARY:Japanese Pin Cup Flower Frog Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Join us for this unique workshop\, part of our Living History series. In this session\, you’ll create a beautiful heavy iron pin cup featuring a flower frog for holding floral arrangements. The basket is crafted on a #’ maple base using the traditional Nantucket weaving technique. It incorporates Hamburg cane as the primary weaver\, complemented by a navy blue rim secured with waxed linen. \nThe finished piece measures 3 inches in diameter and 3 inches tall. The class will be held on November 18th at 9 AM in the Beaufort Historic Site Welcome Center and will be led by instructor Kathy Petronzio.
